Guidance for your request

If you need your materials sooner than 7–10 working days or would prefer to speak to someone, please contact us at hello@gsttcharity.org.uk or call us on 0208 106 5433. Our Supporter Care Team is available Monday to Friday, 9:30am–5:30pm. Materials are sent by second-class post and can take up to 7-10 working days to arrive. We’re unable to guarantee delivery to addresses outside the UK, so please contact us before placing an international order.
