The lottery fundraising representatives for the Guy’s & St Thomas’ Charity will be knocking on doors in the London and greater London area from September through to March 2026. The list of postcodes they will be visiting is here. Although these are accurate, occasionally a lottery fundraiser may cross over into another street or postcode by mistake.

Yes, we contact the local police, neighbourhood watch, council and local trading standards offices before the lottery fundraising representatives begin work in the area. The lottery fundraisers are authorised to operate Monday to Saturday.

The hours of operation are:

• Summer 10am – 8.30pm
• Winter 10am – 7pm

The lottery fundraising representatives are not allowed to collect cash or cheques. The information contained on the tablet can only be used by Guy’s & St Thomas’ Charity to collect your agreed contribution from your account and nothing else . We comply with the Data Protection Act and will not pass your details on to any third party. You are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

We monitor the conduct of our lottery fundraisers operating on our behalf and welcome feedback. We promote responsible play. Limits include a max of 5 entries per week and age restrictions. If you would like to be excluded from future raffles and lotteries, please download, complete and return this self-exclusion form by post to the Affinity Lottery team at: Affinity Lottery, Lansdowne House, Bumpers Way, Chippenham SN14 6NG. Alternatively please call 0345 120 1363. This exclusion will remain on record for a minimum of 6 months.

Our fundraising representatives will be wearing charity branded clothing and will have a fundraising ID badge to show that they are legitimate fundraisers. They will also have branded Charity marketing leaflets to identify themselves and to help explain why they are there.

Yes, the staff are aware that there will be face-to-face fundraisers onsite at the hospitals. The fundraisers are authorised to operate Monday to Friday 10am – 7.30pm, and occasionally on Saturdays as well.
