Help patients at Guy’s and St Thomas’ – when every moment counts

Care never stands still. And, with your support, neither do we. Every gift we receive, large or small, helps Guy’s and St Thomas’ go beyond what the NHS can provide to push the boundaries of exceptional care for every patient.

Helping patients and their families in Critical Care

Being admitted to Critical Care is incredibly traumatic – not just for the patient, but for their loved ones too. Last year alone, over 2,500 patients were admitted, and behind each of them is a family suddenly thrown into crisis.

We funded the Family Liaison Team, who are there to help families feel seen and heard – guiding them through difficult decisions, helping them advocate for their loved one’s wishes, and providing emotional support.
